Steel blade holders have to be clipped on a double razor blade’s edge to score bread. They have a flexible head and any standard razor blade can fit.

We are open M-F 8am-4:30pm PT, please allow us 1-2 business days to process orders and reply to emails.

For Local Pickup

If you're local, you can pick up items from our store and see what we have in person! Email customerservice@sfbi.com with the items you'd like us to prepare and arrange a pickup day/time. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm PT unless it's a major holiday!
