Processing Times

We are open M-F 8am-4:30pm PT, please allow us 1-2 business days to process orders and reply to emails.

For Local Pickup

If you're local, you can pick up items from our store and see what we have in person! Email customerservice@sfbi.com with the items you'd like us to prepare and arrange a pickup day/time. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm PT unless it's a major holiday!
