Return Policy
Thank you for placing your order with San Francisco Baking Institute (SFBI). We guarantee your satisfaction with products from our online store.
Returns: If you contact us within a 15-day period of receiving your item, we can process a return. Please note: the cost of all return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
For refunds, it will be for the cost of the item itself minus a 20% restocking fee and does not include the shipping cost. Refunds will be processed once the item is received by SFBI.
If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at customerservice@sfbi.com.
SFBI is not responsible for merchandise lost, damaged, or destroyed after pick-up by carrier and consigned to the purchaser. If shipment is damaged a claim is necessary, SFBI will furnish proof of shipment to the purchaser, but claims are to be filed with the shipping carrier of customer’s choice.
For the video subscriptions, if you are not happy with the videos you have one week from date of purchase to request a full refund minus processing fees.
